  • Acceptance of City Administrator/ Clerk/ Treasurer Ryan McCue’s resignation letter affective January 3, 2015.
  • Discussion and appropriate action regarding the hiring of either Public Administration Associates, LLC for $6,500 plus expenses or GovHR USA for $11,000 plus expenses to assist in the city in hiring a new administrator/ clerk/ treasurer.
  • Discussion and appropriate action regarding task orders from MSA Professionals for either work on the Prairie Street Lift Station and St. Marie Street reconstruction for $3,688 or work on the Prairie Street Lift Station, St. Marie Street reconstruction and Prairie Street Reconstruction for $5,958.
  • The council may vote to go into closed session per Wisconsin State Statue 19.85 1(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

    b. Discussion and appropriate action regarding Resolution 14-007 setting the 2014 tax  levy for the 2015 Municipal Budget at $814,866.62 and other expenditure and revenue  matters for the 2015 Municipal Budget.

5. Old Business

  • Discussion and appropriate action regarding the succession plan and possible hiring of a temporary Administrator/ Clerk/ Treasurer.
