1. Discussion and appropriate action regarding the payment of the monthly vouchers.
2. Discussion and appropriate action regarding the request to add additional lights in the WWII Memorial parking lot.
3. Discussion and appropriate action regarding who should pay for the replacement of grinder pumps.
4. Discussion and appropriate action regarding a request from Silver Lake Sanitary District that the city pay 59 percent of $105,000, which equates to $61,950, to purchase 34.6 acres of land for future seepage cells.
5. Discussion and appropriate action regarding an engagement for general financial advisory services associated with the planning and execution of interim and long-term financing for the wastewater system improvements and related city improvements with Ehlers and Associates.
6. Discussion and appropriate action regarding two agreements to engage Quarles & Brady LLP as bond counsel in connection with the City's financing of the sanitary sewer project and related street construction, specifically:  (1) bond counsel services for the construction financing through the Wisconsin Rural Water Construction Loan Program and (2) bond counsel services for the permanent financing through USDA Rural Development.
7. Discussion and appropriate action regarding a proposal to enter into a service agreement with Miljevich Corp. to log a portion of the city’s land.
8. Discussion and appropriate action regarding increasing the fees of Wautoma’s Union Cemetery lots and burial costs.
9. Discussion and appropriate action regarding entering into a contract with METCO to act as the city’s Class A, Class B and Class C designated operator to conform with a federal regulation.
10. Discussion regarding the 2011 vendor expenditure list.
11. Update on the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin Water Rate Study.
