- Discussion and appropriate action regarding two agreements to engage Quarles & Brady LLP as bond counsel in connection with the City's financing of the sanitary sewer project and related street construction, specifically: (1) bond counsel services for the construction financing through the Wisconsin Rural Water Construction Loan Program and (2) bond counsel services for the permanent financing through USDA Rural Development.

- Discussion and appropriate action regarding entering into a contract with METCO to act as the city’s Class A, Class B and Class C designated operator to conform with a federal regulation.

- Update on the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin Water Rate Study.
