The City of Wautoma has funds available to do repair & rehab on income eligible households. Repairs include, but are not limited to:
- roof work
- siding
- windows
- doors
- electrical
- plumbing
- foundation repair
- wells & septics
- energy conservation measures
- handicap accessibility issues
- heating system replacement
- water heater replacement
- lead hazard reduction
Funds are available as a 0% interest deferred loan.
